Tension, stress alwiz occur in our life...working, r/shp, family, personal & etc....Every1 experiences at tis...Although jus enough stress can be a good thing, stress overload is a bad thing aso. There are many ways to reduce tension and relax

Massage helps 2 relax & improve mental energy, reduced stress and boosted job performance. As 2 reduce the tension tat carry in ur body, whole being will feel less stress & you will enjoy increased physical and emotional.

Stress is everywhere! From work to relationships to family to friends. it can cause premature ageing, fine lines and wrinkles. Just take about 15 to 20 minutes to sit quietly by yourself and breathe deeply, complete stretching & yoga and after that you feel you’re doing something substantial.

You need to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to flush toxins out and keep skin hydrated. However, try not to gulp down too much right before bed time. Water retention may occur, which causes puffy eyes.

Laugh it snort way, playing games, read comic, listen to jokes, go out with friends or host gatherings. Take a break- Take time to relax, sleep, and maybe even take a vacation if you can.
